Like many other civil society organizations, SSMF as rights based civil society organization emerged after undergoing several phases of organizational development. This phase wise organizational growth not only promoted experiential learning but also covered a definitive way for people centered advocacy and development. Following phase wise organizational growth clearly reveals the step by step learning and development process of SSMF are:
- 2009-2010: A UC level capacity development and advocacy organization having focus on rights of children, environment, and skill development of community organizations
- 2010: A national advocacy and relief organization working on relief and rehabilitation of affected communities
- 2010-2011: Mid level advocacy organization working on the issues of advocating the rights of women and children as voluntarily.
- 2011: In different sectors and areas the skillful people which work under the authority of SSMF give free lectures on the diseases of the hepatitis and aids and also arranged the free seminars in different colleges and school for the purpose to give the knowledge about the medical issues to the student.
- 2012-2014: Provided health facilities to the poor people.
- 2013-2017: Provided books, bags, copies and educational materials to the poor childrens.
Future plan
SSMF is dynamic civil organizations that promotes the basic rights of the child labor and protection of global environment and promote sustainable development and give awareness to the people from different dangerous diseases.

Center Approach
SSMF being rights based and capacity development organization uses different approaches and strategies for the well being of masses. Taking into account the dynamics of community development i.e. social mobilization coherence making, knowledge and relationship building sometimes integrated and sometimes well structured and broad based strategies are used.
